Clinical Manager-LCSW/MFT/Phd Job in San Diego 92101, California US
Clinical Manager- LCSW/MFT/Phd New Alternatives, Inc. is one of the largest county contracted social service agencies in San Diego.
New Alternatives provides services that include: residential care, day treatment, visitation services, TBS, school based programs and transitional housing for current and former foster youth.
NAI is currently looking for an experienced clinical (LCSW/MFT/Phd) to manage and oversee our RLC 14 clinical program.
The following is a summary of the primary job responsibilities and employment requirements: Job Responsibilities *Oversee and manage 6 masters level clinicians who provide individual, group and family therapy.
*Ensure proper MediCal charting requirements are being met*Work closely with residential staff to provide collaboration, integration and teamwork between disciplines.
*Provide training and education to residential, clinincal and school staff*Carry a small caseload Requirements *LCSW/MFT/PhD* 2-5 years experience working in a clinical setting providing individual, group and family therapy with children and adolescents*1 year supervisory experience*1 year residential treatment experience
