This position will assist leading healthcare organizations, our clients - with implementation and consulting initiatives to enhance patient care, increase operational efficiency and ensure regulatory compliance.

These endeavors include: system and module implementations, release upgrades, assessments and system optimizations and process improvement consulting.

Required: 6+ years implementing and consulting in the MEDITECH space 12+ years of healthcare IT experience Strong written and oral communication skills Ability to travel Monday - Thursday on a weekly basis Strong understanding of a "team dynamic" and the ability to lead small groups Not Required BUT a Plus: RN or other clinician type of background Other clinical or ambulatory application experience Other MEDITECH application experience (Magic or Client / Server) Health care operational leadership experience This position requires 80-90% travel.

Manages client expectations and balances the needs of the company and the client to ensure satisfaction for both (Relationship Management).

Influences decisions and project direction at the executive level (Relationship Management).

Performs consultative selling and leverages business through superior delivery skills, client relations and subject matter expertise (Leverage).

Participates in proposal efforts and sales calls (Leverage).

Provides leadership and work guidance to less experienced personnel (Leadership).
