Clinical Account Manager - Post Acute Job in Norcross, Georgia US
Responsible for driving VAC adoption/usage in SNFs (Skilled Nursing Facility) and HHAs (Home Health Agencies), providing clinical support and training for all customers in SNFs and HHAs, identifying potential VAC patients in SNFs and HHAs patient base and facilitating therapy initiation, providing clinical support to patients home as required, and achieving financial and strategic territory goals for assigned territory.
This position reports directly to the District Manager Sales Post Acute Care.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONSBachelors degree: Required Two years patient care experience in the post acute care marketplace (HHA/SNF/WCC), with previous experience in a role such as Case Manager, Intake Coordinator, and/or marketing OTHER REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONSAbility to manage change and multiple priorities Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in written format Ability to operate independently and efficiently without supervision Ability to deal effectively with customers, employees and business contacts, while conveying a positive service oriented attitude Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in all business dealings Ability to provide timely transportation as needed to perform duties Ability to exercise sound judgment, eliciting support and cooperation from coworkers Must be willing to travel by commercial air service to attend scheduled business and corporate functions when required Ability to engage in self-appraisal and continuous learning Intermediate level computer skills Strong time management and organizational skills required
