Client Support Representative Job in Houston 77027, Texas US
A growing court reporting and record retrieval firm looking for a highly motivated individual to become a part of our high energy office team.
They must be willing to work the hours of 10 AM to 7 PM Monday through Friday.
The successful candidate will be responsible for: -billing and generating invoices for clients-communicating with clients regarding invoicing questions-assist in scheduling court reporters for depositionsRequirements: Bachelors degree.
Also preferred legal background, experience with RB and MR, self starter, and ability to multi-task while having strong organizational skills.
Strong communications skills a must.
