DescriptionBureau Veritas is seeking a Client Specialist to create reports for our clients from the testing results that are generated in our Taunton, MA lab. This position will also interface with clients to answer their questions regarding these test reports and help them with resolving any issues that may arrise.

A successful candidate for this position will at least a Bachelors degree, preferrably in Textiles.

Textile and/or Consumer Product experience is also highly preferred.

Objectives: o Works to achieve and maintain excellence in client services / customer relations both internally and externally.

Serve as a direct link between clients testing in Taunton and our lab and technical staff by providing clients with technical information that is accurate, prompt and delivered in a professional manner, along with providing proactive assistance to clients by identifying and resolving product issues.

Duties & Responsibilities: o Offer problem resolution, as applicable, for any client issues identified, highlighted or questioned with the aim of enhancing client satisfaction and improving client relations.

o Overall responsibility for meeting expectations for assigned clients.

o Work with the Sample Control and Contract Review for assigned clients.

o Assess samples; information on TRF, & client requirements.

o Present report writing process to visitors.

o Communicates with client on status of samples and any testing issues.

o Check testing results for completeness and accuracy.

o Writes report and generates invoice.

o Prints and submits report and invoice to supervisor or designee for review.

o Corrects final report and invoice as needed and signs final copy.

o E-mails reports and or posts reports to BVCPnet as required.

o Distributes final report and invoice as needed and submits hardcopy for mailing as per client spec.

o Reads and understands client manuals o Keeps current with client procedural changes.

o Keeps current with updates and changes (technical and administrative).

o Adhere to the requirements of the BV-CPS Quality System and assist with the implementation and maintenance of the department quality system.

o Provide feedback to the department manager regarding departmental systems, processes and recommendations for improvements.
