Client Services Representative Job in Burlington, Massachusetts US
Our client is looking for a customer service professional to join their growing support team.
This role will be the hours of 11 am - 8 pm Ideal person will have experience with insurance and issue resolution.
Additionally, a plus if candidate has knowledge of the medical field.
A minimum of 2+ years of call center experience is necessary for success in this position.
This person will be taking a large volume of inbound calls from customers.
