Job OverviewWe are seeking personable and organized individuals to work in our Boston office-answering passenger enquires concerning their account via telephone and email, including billing issues and general travel questions.The qualified candidates will be responsible for maintaining passenger files as requested via customer contact including but not limited to printing invoices, canceling passengers, process refunds and name changes, rooming changes.
Thus, communicating with Tour Consultants any information that could potentially affect an overall group.
In summary, this individual would control and provide all passenger and teacher record maintenance.
Job Requirements· BA/BS degree · Good interpersonal and organizational skills · Must have the ability to manage multiple tasks· Demonstrate good attention to detail.
