Position Description: The successful Client Project Administrator will be responsible for:
Managing all internal aspects of a Registered Issuer client's tabulation, managing the internal flow and follow up.
Analyzes departmental and organizational operations and recommends way to improve the efficiency.
Performs day-to-day assigned functions in the specified timeframe to ensure that our client expectations are met and exceeded.
Crucial compliance issues require the professional expertise and technological capabilities to facilitate the accurate, secure and timely collection, validation and tabulation of proxy votes.
Updates and monitors internal reports to ensure the timely and efficient progress of each project.
Draws on daily tasks and interactions to further develop understanding of ICS and the securities industry.
Appropriately communicates and escalates internal client concerns in an appropriate fashion avoiding unnecessary personal and client anxiety.
Supports and contributes to the Broadridge culture by maintaining and permeating an above the line attitude.

2+ years experience within proxy/financial services environment with resultant knowledge of the securities industry and related products.
Excellent written and verbal communication and listening skills.
Excellent ability to understand the scope of each project, prioritize tasks, and effectively manage time.
Education and/or experience equivalent to a BS degree in Business Administration.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Access.
