Client Manager Needed for Hosted Technology Firm Job in Walnut Creek, California US
The Buyer Client Manager is responsible for managing the day-to-day relationship between the company and key customers.
The Buyer Client Manager will work directly with the customer to enhance their workflow and maximize the business benefits gained from using the company's platform.
In this role, the individual will provide a high level of 'personal touch' service to their clients, ensuring that users are sufficiently trained and have a positive experience with the platform.
Primary Responsibilities: Manage customer relationships through regular internal and external updates / meetings and monitoring of customer activity on our client's platformWork with customers to proactively analyze and implement workflow enhancementsIdentify potential up-sell opportunities within the customer's businessOperate as the point of escalation for day-to-day support for customers including answering questions on platform usage, trouble-shooting, and providing guidance on business process and technical queriesThe ideal candidate will have: Supply chain experienceExperience working with the company's customer base (Levi and other clothing and shoe manufacturers)Some exposure to Business Analytics from a technical standpointCustomer Service experience is strongly preferred
