Clerical Support--Shipping/Receiving Job in Urbandale 50323, Iowa US
Our client, a large financial company, is looking for individuals to fill a clerical support--shipping/receiving position.
This is a full time position with the hours of 7:00am-3:30pm on Monday-Friday.
This position is an outstanding opportunity for striving individuals to get their foot in the door with a reputable company.On a daily basis, this person will be counting and verifying incoming parts, supplies and equipment; assigning receiving log control numbers; processing and distributing vendor/receiving documentation; verifying and packaging outgoing shipments and reviewing logs shipping documentation.
This position requires a good knowledge of shipping/receiving practices.
It also requires high attention to detail.To be qualified for this position, individuals should have shipping/receiving experience and be proficient in Microsoft Excel.
This position is a contract to hire position and interviews are scheduled to take place in the next couple of weeks.
