Charge RN - Nights, Full TimeWe are currently accepting applications for a Charge RN on our Natick Unit (Located at 67 Union Street, Natick, Ma).
The Charge RN on our MetroWest Natick Unit supports the Nurse Manager role and acts as an extension of Nurse Manager by overseeing clinical and managerial issues of assigned shift, providing direct and indirect patient care, supervise patient and staff activities on the unit.
Qualities and Qualifications: The successful candidate for the Charge RN position will possess the following: Graduate of an NLN approved school of nursingCurrent RN Licensure in MACurrent CPR Certification Prior experience in a Nursing Management role preferred We offer excellent benefits such as: Medical Insurance, Dental Insurance, Life and AD & D Insurance, paid time off program, educational assistance, 401(k) with a company match and more!
