Certified/Registered Medical Assistants Job in Multiple locations
Medical Assistants Needed!!! On Assignment Healthcare is actively seeking experienced Certified Medical Assistant/Registered Medical Assistant candidates for a variety of positions in and around the Baltimore area.
Our clients are looking for qualified candidates who possess a minimum of 1 year current working experience outside of externships.
Any and all specialties are welcome.
Qualified candidates must have experience with rooming patients, vital signs, phlebotomy/blood draws, injections, EKGs, specimen collection, assisting physicians with exams and minor surgeries, finger sticks, and triage.
The position may require scheduling appointments, answering phones, answering patient questions, medical records, and other clinical/administrative duties as assigned.
Valid, active CPR certification as well as up to date vaccinations are requirements for all On Assignment employees.
Requirements: A minimum of 1 year of working experience as a Medical AssistantProof of completion from a Medical Assistant program Knowledgeable in medical terminologyExperience with all back office dutiesExcellent oral and written communication skills Valid CPR Current vaccinations Qualified candidates should submit their resume via fax (1-877-261-1871) OR email ( shannon.braitsch [at] onassignment [dot] com ).
