Certified Dietary Manager Job in Noblesville 46062, Indiana US
Harbour Manor Health & Living Community, a skilled nursing facility located in Noblesville, Indiana, is accepting resumes for an experienced Food Service Director who holds certification as a dietary manager.
The Food Service Director/Certified Dietary Manager is responsible for directing the food service department to ensure the highest level of customer service and satisfaction with the delivery of appealing and nutritious meal and snack service.
Qualified individuals must possess at least 5 years of experience in food service in the long-term care industry.
At least 2 of those years must have been in an active Food Service Director role.
Additional requirements are as follows: A comprehensive knowledge of all applicable State and Federal regulations and the ability to apply to ensure departmental compliance.
A high degree of professionalism at all times.
The ability to lead and direct others fairly and consistently.
The ability to maintain departmental budgets.
Excellent organizational and problem solving skills.
Experience with various computer programs including but not limited to MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
