Central Station Operations Manager Job in St. Louis 63144, Missouri US
CenterPoint Technologies is an independent UL listed Central Monitoring Station located in St. Louis Missouri.

We are currently recruiting for the full-time Central Station Operations Manager to manage security / alarm system monitoring operations.
An ideal candidate would be career orientated and possess a strong work ethic in addition to the following skills and abilities: Job Requirements: Minimum five years management experience.
Strong background in process improvement and policy development.
Excellent problem solving & written communication skills Proven track record in developing and maintaining systems, procedures, tools and programs that achieve tangible business results.
Strong employee management and staff development experience.
Ability to work independently as well as within a strong harmonious team.
Compensation and Benefits: Base Salary $40K plus performance bonus.
