PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIESDaily review and approval of outgoing customer money transfers; Daily review of Risk Reports related to money movements; Review of both incoming and outgoing fund transfers for AML and compliance risks; Review and resolve all money transfers not effected; Review of margin requirements and buying power for internal movements of positions and funds; Perform daily bank reconciliations and effect Money Sweep movements; Provide professional customer service to our customers via email and phone; Special projects relating to group.JOB QUALIFICATIONSBachelors degree required; work experience in financial services or Bank sector, knowledge of financial markets including options and futures; customer service oriented with advanced computer skills; Knowledge of retirement plans beneficial; Must be able to work in fast-paced, growth environment; Should be detail oriented and able to work both in a team setting and independently; Series 7 registered, or must be willing to complete within a given timeframe.
Required: Bachelor's degree; Experience in a brokerage/financial services company; knowledge of financial markets; customer service skills; advanced computer skills.
Preferred: Brokerage and Banking experience; knowledge of options/futures; Series 7 registered (or able to completed within 90 days)optionsXpress offers competitive salaries, including incentive compensation, and an excellent benefits package and 401k plan.
