Marketing - Customer/Campaign ManagementJob DescriptionPrimary Function: Responsible for assisting with the management of all aspects, including implementation, of inbound and outbound Marketing campaigns that utilize various types of media including direct mail, advertisements, tradeshows and the web for all Cardiac Care, Ultrasound and Monitoring product lines.
Serves as campaign focal point providing direction and coaching to Market Managers and Sales in the development of campaigns.
These campaigns will lay the groundwork for future sales and maximize revenue generation.
Responsible for creating and maintaining campaign specific reports including detailed retrospective for the respective stakeholders.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
1. Responsible for generating and qualifying sales leads/opportunities for Cardiac Care, Ultrasound and Monitoring products via inbound and outbound telephone calls2 Builds relationships with prospective customers with the primary focus on lead generation and the development of new accounts3 Seeks ways to broaden and expand the Philips product offerings to new customers while also raising the awareness and interest for the Philips product portfolio4 Participates and advises in the development and implementation of Direct Marketing campaigns for the various market segments for Cardiac Care, Ultrasound and Monitoring products in partnership with Business/Market Development representatives.
5. Identifies trends and new and emerging market opportunities and develops campaign strategies and priorities with appropriate Business/Market representatives6 Gains account intelligence for new and existing accounts.
RequirementsMinimum Job Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree (preferably in Marketing) or equivalent combination and business or sales experience2 Ability to apply persuasive selling skills via telephone to address customer needs3 Ability to effectively and succinctly communicate technical and clinical value of products to customers providing compelling reasons to purchase Philips portfolio of products4 Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, specifically a strong phone presence.
