Call Center Supervisor Job in Irving 75063, Texas US

Description: The Inbound Call Center Customer Service Supervisor, reporting directly to the Customer Service Manager, will: o Ensure that a superior level of quality Customer Service is provided to Customers on every call.
o Supervise the Customer Service Associates group, including evaluating, coaching and providing feedback on the level of quality and service provided to the Customer.
o Ensure that all issues are addressed in accordance with departmental policies.
o Process all necessary paperwork and performance reviews for the Customer Service Representatives, assist with answering and resolving Customer and CSR issues, and enforce both the departments as well as the organizations policies and procedures.
o Provide up training, and development to their direct reports to enhance the CSRs overall performance in providing quality service, as well as achievement of department standards.
o Serve as the CSRs mentor, assisting with the learning curve, and developing the level of expertise of their staff.
o Be responsible for monitoring call queues and ensuring that the daily answer rate for the department is met. Requirements: o Knowledge of personnel practices.
o Effective interpersonal communication skills in order to supervise staff and enforce department/organization policies and procedures.
o Effective written communication skills are necessary in order to complete required department reports.
o PC-related skills (Microsoft Office, Lotus Notes, queries or other software expertise/applications) required.
o Ability to effectively coach and develop associates.
o Thorough understanding of Customer Service-related work categories/ flows.
Education & Work Experience: o Associates degree desired but not required.
o Minimum of 1 year previous Supervisory experience in a Call Center.
Additional information: Salary: $30,000.
00 plus annual bonus structurePosition(s): Full-timeHours of Operation are: 7am to 7pm (Monday through Friday) and 8:30am to 5:00pm (Saturday and Sunday).
Must be available to work any shift.
