Call Center Representative - BilingualDescription: Are you naturally a helper? Do you feel better after you made things right for someone? If you are the best at what you do then we have the right company for you!Our client is seeking several Call Center Representatives to support their team in Downers Grove, IL. They are a nationally known company who is very team oriented and employee friendly.
Position involves answering inbound calls in a high volume call center.
You will respond to customer inquiries and provide support to customer accounts.
You must also be willing to perform other duties as assigned, (ie faxing, filing & general administrative functions, etc.) The ideal candidate will have at least two years of consistent call center experience, Bilingual (Spanish) is preferred and be very computer literate.
This is a contract position with Volt Workforce Solutions.

Requirements: ** MUST be able to successfully pass a drug screen and criminal background.
** MUST have recent Call Center Experience, at least two years.
** MUST be fluent bilingual (Spanish/English).
** MUST be computer literate.
** MUST have excellent communication skills.
