Call Center Agent Job in Fort Worth 76122, Texas US
A financial banking institution in Fort Worth is looking for call center agents.Job description: Candidates will be collecting on mortgage loans, interacting with customers through inbound and outbound calls, and performing data entry.The position is Monday - Thursday 5 pm - 11 pm & Saturday 8 am - 5 pmThis position will be approximately 33 hours per week.
Requirements: Our client is looking for qualified candidates who have worked in a call center environment within the last year.
Mortgage and collections experience is preferred.
