We specialize in providing customer interaction solutions and currently are looking for Call Center executives with experience in following outbound and inbound processes
1. Soft Collections (Inbound & Outbound)2.
Loan Modifications/ Mortgage Campaigns (Inbound & Outbound)3.
Customer Service (Inbound & Outbound) Shift Timings - Morning Shift/ Day Shift/ Evening Shift including Saturdays available.
Experience of working on Multiple screen CRM software is an added advantage.
Also the Representatives will be required to perform as following -* Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
* Calling customers by providing product and service information; resolving product and service problems.
* Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services.
* Maintains customer records by updating account information in the CRM.* Recommends potential products or services to customer by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.
* Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Skills/Qualifications: Customer Service, Customer Facing, Tactful customer handling skills, Financial Product Awareness, Target oriented, Quality Focus, Problem Solving, Market Knowledge, Good Computer Skills, Listening, Phone Skills, Resolving Conflict, Analyzing Information, Multi-tasking.
