You will be charged with receiving and responding to customers' needs as they are presented.
In most cases, these customer interactions usually result in the creation and / or validation of a pickup, delivery work order or case for any complex issue resolution.
This position will require you to process all client requests received real time via email, fax, or phone into an operational database.
This is a contract position, through Volt Workforce Solutions - a division of a Fortune 1000 publicly traded Staffing Industry Leader, based in Atlanta, GA. We are among the largest IT staffing companies in the US for contract/temporary and direct hire placements and support most of the top rated IT companies in the Southeast.
Requirements: - Must have a Bachelor's Degree- Previous Customer Service experience in a Call Center capacity.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are a must.
- Proven experience in a service driven industry with achievements meeting service level goals.
- Must be able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize while working against demanding deadlines.
- Aptitude for understanding the technical aspect of systems.
