CSR - Equipment Rental Coordinator Job in Paramus 07652, New Jersey US
We are an Equipment Rental Company, based in Paramus, NJ seeking a EQUIPMENT RENTAL COORDINATOR to join our Customer Service Department.
This individual will be responsible for being knowledgable on rental equipment, assisting customers with renting equipment, entering rentals into the customer tracking system and resolving customer issues (invoice discrepancies, order issues, delivery problems, etc).
The Equipment Rental Coordinator is required to communicate with other departments to help resolve issues for customers.
Candidates must have PRODUCT RENTAL experience and a minimum of 3 years Customer Service experience.
