COBRA Administration Manager About Westlake Financial Group, Inc.:    Located in Buffalo Grove, IL, WestLake Financial Group, Inc. WestLake is looking for a COBRA Administration Manager to join the COBRA Department as the leader of the department.    This position will oversee specific COBRA administration functions leading a team of COBRA Administrators.  Candidates should have management experience in employee Benefits Administration specifically COBRA administration. ·         Team’s Major Responsibilities and Duties Include: ·         Administration of COBRA and employee status changes ·         Communication of benefits plans to employees ·         Maintain benefit information and process employee elections ·         Conduct audits on employee accounts in order to maintain consistency and accuracy ·         Prepare quarterly account activity reports for employees and clients ·         Process monthly premium remittance to clients and/or carriers·         Maintain legal compliance of COBRA administration ·         Receive and respond to letters, emails, memos and other correspondence Qualifications: ·         Bachelor’s degree or equivalent demonstrated experience ·         3+ years professional experience in COBRA benefits administration required ·         Experience in benefits outsourcing preferred ·         3+ years management experience ·         Strong PC skills with experience using Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and the Internet ·         Exceptional Project Management Skills ·         Effective interpersonal and communication skills ·         Knowledge of legal and compliance regulations regarding COBRA administration preferred ·         Advanced ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously ·         Ability to use good judgment in confidential situations ·         High degree of professionalism Compensation: We offer a competitive salary and incentive package commensurate with qualifications and experience.
