CNC MACHINISTSQA/QC INSPECTORS1st, 2nd, SPLIT SHIFT AND 3RD SHIFT POSITIONS AVAILABLE AT PRESTIGIOUS MEDICAL DEVICE COMPANY IN BERGEN COUNTY NJ ADECCO is the world leader in workforce solutions, and we offer competitive salaries and benefit package.
We are currently recruiting for a renowned company with temporary positions in the following areas: CNC Machinists (2nd & 3RD shift): 3+ years of set-up and operation of CNC: lathes, mills, grinders, EDM's and other equipment to manufacture implants and/or instruments.
Perform dimensional and visual inspections to blueprint using standard gages and CMM, and other quality procedures.
Perform laser marking of parts.
QA/QC Inspectors: 2+ years of first article inspection and gauge calibration.
Experience with the following tools: comparators, micrometer, calipers, dial gauges, height gauges and general gauge use. Must be able to read, interpret and analyze blueprints.
Experience with high precision inspection is a must.
Qualifications: Must be detailed oriented, able to lift 40 lbs, able to stand for long periods of time, willing and able to work weekdays and weekends to meet the production needs of the team and ability to work in a team environment.
Excellent communication skills required and basic PC skills.
Must have prior manufacturing/distribution experience.
CNC Machinists hourly rate: up to $23/hr based on experience.
Inspector's hourly rate: up to $23/hr based on experience.
