Job Description: Programming and Operation of Brown & Sharpe Micro Xcel CMM Machine with PC-DMIS Software.
1st Article Layouts, Blue Print Reading (Basic & GD&T), GR&R Studies, Calibration, Receiving, In-process and Final Inspections.
Experience Required: Ability to program (PC-DMIS) Brown & Sharpe CMM. Experience with close tolerance components.
Hands on experience with standard inspection gages and ability to use height gage, comparator, manual CMM, bore gages and depth mic. Must be able to read blue print drawings (basic and GD&T).
Computer Literate: WORD and EXCEL minimum.
Desired Experience: Working knowledge of ISO9001:2008, AS9100 & ISO/TS-16949, PPAPs, Calibration and MSA/Capability Studies.
