CLIENT SERVICE REP Job in DALLAS, Texas US
Job Purpose: Serves customers by maintaining accounts; taking customer ordersDuties: * Prepares work to be processed by gathering, sorting, organizing, and recording data, information, and documents.
* Maintains database by entering data; correcting errors; * Maintains client satisfaction by providing information; resolving problems; spot-checking business; reporting irregularities.
* Issues quotes by completing documents.
* Maintains quality results by following and enforcing standards.
* Enhances operations and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
Skills/Qualifications: Customer Service, Data Entry Skills, Quality Focus, Organization, Analyzing Information, Verbal Communication, Written Communication, Phone Skills, Research Skills, Independence, Multi-tasking Ability, Internet Experience, Word and Excel knowledge needed.
Retail, Wholesale or Manufacturing expr needed.
