A CISSP/CISM Services / Support Consultant is needed to support the development of all the processes, methods and procedures, technical documentation, product presentation material, and other documentation required to deliver managed security services to the Federal Government.
The tasks include responsibility for creating, product descriptions, order and implementation work flows and technical documentation for new managed security services under development.
This consultant will deliver technical descriptions of managed security services for both operational and sales/marketing support.
The deliverables include updating documentation for services that have changed or have been altered to support government segment customers.
Responsibilities also include the creation of interactive presentations to explain and train employees and customers on value, features, and functions of managed security services.
This consultant will plan, outline, write and edit user guides, reference manuals and other related technical documentation; document service order and billing processes; update technical documentation with software/system enhancements; prepare documents for distribution in electronic format; assist in the creation and distribution of technical documentation CD-ROMs for new clients; and create interactive presentations to explain services.
