CFO Job in Framingham, Massachusetts US
Our client is currently seeking a strategic business partner to head up their agency's Finance and Administration Department.
Located in Framingham, this leadership position will oversee and direct all financial and administrative responsibilities, partner with the Executive Director and Division Heads, and manage all fiscal and fiduciary responsibilities for the agency.CFO Qualifications: A Bachelor's Degree is requiredAn MBA is preferredA CPA would be a plusYou must be a seasoned leader with a minimum 10 years of broad finance experience and a minimum 7 years in a management roleExperience managing a finance and administrative function within a diverse, decentralized, large, and non-profit agency is essentialKnowledge of GAAP, fun balanced accounting, and government accounting standards are requiredStrong understanding and experience with budget audits are also necessary
