CALL CENTER - INSIDE SALES COORDINATOR Job in Syosset 11791, New York US
Inside Sales Coordinator Call Center Representative Keystone Automotive Industries, a division of LKQ Corporation, is the leading national distributor of automotive collision replacement parts.
Due to our growth, an opportunity exists for another team member to join our staff as an Inside Sales Coordinator in our Syosset call center.
Responsibilities: Heavy order entry, up selling, customer service follow-up, warehouse and outside sales communication, and interaction with collision repair facilities and insurance companies.
Experience: Fast-paced, high-volume work environment, strong background in a call center or heavy phone volume environment, attention to detail, customer service follow-through, good verbal and written communication skills, multi-tasking, familiarity with computer order processing, proficient typing skills, Outlook knowledge and automotive parts identification a must.
Bilingual skills are a plus.
