MUST HAVE RECENT HANDS-ON EXPERIENCE WORKING WITH END USERS TO GATHER, DOCUMENT, AND CREATE REQUIREMENTS* ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Reviews and analyzes user requirments to develop detailed functional specifations2 Performs system gap analysis to assist in the development of technical specifications3 Creates detailed use case and test case materials for quality assurance4.
Must effectively communicate with customers, business teams, and technical teams to develop organized and detailed specifications5Supports the Total Performance Management initiative.
6. Must have previous and recent BSA experience working on IT specific projects7 Must have hands on experience in Visio, MS-Project, and MS-Office tools (Gantt charting a plus) Previous hands on IT skillsExperience in QA testingRequired: Three (3) years experience as a Business Systems Analyst 5+ years tenure with a medium to large IT organizationPrevious experience in an IT project environmentExperience working on multiple projects simultaneouslyPrevious experience with Use Case and Test Cast development
