We are looking for an energetic, career oriented professional to fill an exciting opportunity as a Business Process Analyst for our company.

Our corporate office is located in Georgetown, MA with sites across the country.

Depending on the candidate there may be flexibility on where this position is located.

SUMMARY: Reporting to the Director of Information Technology, the Business Process Analyst will act as a liaison between the business units and the IT Department.

The Business Process Analyst will be responsible for training, support, maintenance, security, custom reporting, and business process modeling for all of our front and back office applications in a multi-plant / multi-database environment.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Provide front-line technical support for all corporate applications Develop and deliver training and procedures Facilitate, control, and centralize reporting throughout the organization Take the lead role in managing upgrades and implementing corporate applications for new acquisitions Perform an annual business systems review for each plant by: Identifying areas for efficiency improvements Introducing best practice methodologies Presenting custom solutions for their unique environmentWork with the Technical Services group for continual customer service improvements and satisfaction Assist in the development of IT policies and procedures to streamline the function while ensuring compliance with Sarbanes Oxley CORPORATE APPLICATIONS: Microsoft Office 2003 Exact Softwares MAX For Windows (ERP) Microsoft Dynamics (Financials) Exact Softwares Synergy (CRM, Workflows, Document Management) Microsoft Access (Custom Development) Crystal Report Writer v8.
