Business Intelligence Analyst/Developer Job in Rocky Mount 27801, North Carolina US
Our client in the Rocky Mount area is seeking a mid-level Business Intelligence Analyst/Developer for a six-month contract-to-hire opportunity.
They are seeking this data warehouse developer to develop reports, cubes, and ETL utilizing SSRS and SSIS (with knowledge of SSAS being a plus).
This person will be building reports and developing in a SQL Server 2008 environment for this stage of the implementation.
This professional will need prior experience working directly with stakeholders and the ability to translate loosely defined business problems into sets of objectives, with concise and logical requirements.
Prior experience interviewing end-users for insight on functionality, interface, problems, and/or usability issues is necessary as well.
Experience with SharePoint performance point server is strongly desired, but not a must have to perform daily duties.
Required Skills: 3+ years experience developing BI solutions on the Microsoft SQL Server platform, 2+ years solid advanced report development experience using SSRS 2005/2008, Solid knowledge of SQL Server Integration Services; (Knowledge of SQL Server Analysis Services is a plus)Join TEKsystems® and get your career on the fast track.
