Business Development Specialist Job in Chicago 60611, Illinois US
Business Development Specialist Dynamic, well-established, reputable Memphis based National Wholesale Distributor of Car Audio and Cycle accessories seeks a self-motivated, proven producer for a key position.
The successful candidate will have a history of building new client relationships, maintaining excellent customer service, and surpassing quotas.
Knowledge and experience of car audio and cycle accessories and their distribution channels is required.
We have an immediate need to fill this position in the Chicago, Illinois region.
This position is commission based with the ability to earn in excess of $75,000 annually, with many of our top performers earning well over $150,000.
This position reports directly to the Regional Sales Manager.
Essential Requirements: Five (5) plus years experience of Territory sales as a Manufacturers representative;Proven successes and history of annual sales achieved with contributing sales of new business over 1MM generated annually;Ability to create, maintain and execute a successful territory sales plan;Provides uniform coverage of assigned territory, and uniform representation of all product lines to existing and potential new customers;Ability to initiate and control sales processes with new clients;Project a positive presence in negotiations to maximize revenues;Assist in consumer product research, suggest and assist in expanding current product developments, and new consumer preference demands;Basic PC skills and ability to use company software for sales reports etc.;Ability to multi-task and respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers;Assures that sales expenses are acceptable and within Planned Sales budget for the territory;Valid Drivers License Will be verified; Our company is an equal employment opportunity company with a drug free work place.
