Business Development Manager Job in Chelsea 02150, Massachusetts US
The Chelsea Jewish Foundation is seeking a business development manager.
The Chelsea Jewish Foundation develops and operates health care services for the elderly (nursing homes, assisted living, hospice, home care services).
Responsibilities: (1) Establish relationships with hospitals and market services.
(2) Establish relationships and develop contracts with HMOs.
(3) Develop new relationships with appropriate entities, as needed.
(4) Maintain a tracking/information system to monitor contacts, follow-up and the establishment of relationships.
(5) Conduct market analysis, as needed.
(5) Work collaboratively with managers to develop and implement business development plan.
Qualifications: (1) MPH, MBA or MPA with concentration, knowledge and experience in health care.
(2) Minimum of three years of experience in health care area.
(3) Understanding of the financing of elder health care services.
(4) Ability to identify and resolve issues/problems.
(5) Self-starter and ability to work in a variety of environments representing organization.
(6) Flexibility and ability to think broadly.
