Business Analyst/Project Manager Job in Phoenix 85017, Arizona US
TEKsystems has a long term contract opening with a client in Phoenix for a mid level Business Analyst/Project Manager.
This client is looking for someone with 3-5 years of experience in an analyst role.
This client is looking for someone with strong customer interfacing capabilities.
The customer comes first in their eyes.
Many of these projects are tied to their electronic commerce services group.
This individual will be responsible for gathering business requirements, tracking and planning the project, holding members of the group accountable for the timeline, and follow through to completion.
This position is on the operations side of the house which is why the customer interfacing is key critical to this position.
This person will be driving projects related to integration of systems.
Experience in the financial, banking, or insurance industry is preferred.
