Business Analyst-Identity Management-IdM Job in Chicago 60610, Illinois US
The Business Analyst will understand the Identity Management process of client organization and map process to Mycroft s Identity Management products or have experience around compliance.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Requirement elicitation for customer implementation using meetings, workshops, document analysis, business process description, business process design, use cases, scenarios, and business analysis.
Document and report requirements and use cases.
Provide oversight/assistance in documentation of project plans, action issues, risks, external dependencies, and status reporting and test plans.
Provide technical guidance concerning business implications of application development projects.Use project management skills to successfully deliver on tasks with in projects.
Knowledge of SSO and Access controls preferred.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS REQUIRED: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related field with minimum 7 years experience.
5+ years of experience with development life cycle mythologies and Project Management tools.
Must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
Ability to think analytically and ability to communicate clearly with project team.
Must have hands on integration and deployment experience with enterprise IDM Solutions such as, CA IDM, Novell IDM, or Oracle IDM (OIM, OAM)Must be able to multi-task and set priorities Able to back up Project team when required.
Prior experience in and expertise with writing effective use cases.
Experience working with information technology management teams in the areas of project development, project stakeholder engagement and relationship management, and customer communication.
Be capable of working with subject matter experts to convert their knowledge in to clear concise specifications.
Must have experience in a collaborative, multi-disciplined team environment.
Should have a thorough working knowledge of Identity and Access management tools and their functions/features Should be able to review, understand, analyze and document the requirements for IdM subsystem Solid understanding of Identity Management (IDM), Single Sign on (SSO), and security concepts.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Excellent verbal and written communication skills along with strong technical skills Must be able to interact with all levels within our clients organizations, up to and including C-level ExecutivesPrior Big 4 or leading system integrator experienceAbility to travel on short notice, possibly up to 50% at timesSelf-starter and highly motivatedExcellent communications and documentation skills Required Skills: Oracle Identity Manager, Tivoli Federated Identity Manager - TFIM, Tivoli Identity Management - TIM, Ability to Make Decisions, Detail-Oriented, Professional Demeanor, Self-motivated, Strong in Follow-Up & Follow Through, Strong Interpersonal Skills, Verbal Communication Skills, Willing to Take Responsibility, Written Communication Skills
