Bus Sys Analyst II [CORE] Mt. Laurel NJ FT Job in Mount Laurel, New Jersey US
Description Job Description: Provides analytical and project support to the Core Banking Application Fidelity Information Systems software.
Acts in an internal consultancy role that has responsibility for investigating business systems, identifying options for improving business systems and bridging the needs of the business with the use of IT. Drives the developing strategic and application initiatives according to established Company procedures and applicable legal and regulatory guidelines.
Develop requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, and task and workflow analysis.
Prepares presentations, effectively communicating complex concepts Drives ad-hoc analyses and project work as required.
Provides support to our operations department to assist in successful daily production.
Participates in special projects and performs additional duties as required.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, and subject matter experts.
Requires 5-7 years of direct experience with Systematics mainframe core banking applications including checking, savings, loans, statements, customer relations and tax reporting.
