CollectionsJOB DESCRIPTION: Apply customer service and negotiating skills to resolve balances on outstanding accounts.
Experience in collections and/or customer service is preferred.
FDCPA training is helpful.
Bilingual skills are a +.
Call center experience is an added bonus.
Other duties will be assigned.
