Job Description: Ajilon is working with an admirable client that is located in the Fort Lauderdale vicinity who has a need for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative.
Responsibilities Include: ｢ぎ｢Handle escalated customer issues; troubleshoot customer issues dealing with the equipment the customer service manufacture.
｢ぎ｢Up selling｢ぎ｢Troubleshooting｢ぎ｢Resolve escalated customer issues and inquiries with an emphasis on customer satisfaction.Job Experience: Qualifications: ｢ぎ｢Must be bilingual (English/Spanish)｢ぎ｢Personality: upbeat, personable, must like to be on the phones.
｢ぎ｢Must be able to handle up to 30-35 inbound calls/day.
｢ぎ｢2+ years of customer service experience｢ぎ｢Computer literate & have a positive attitude.
｢ぎ｢Mechanical aptitude required.
