Benefits Specialist- Job in Norwood 02062, Massachusetts US
Job Description: Are you a recent College Grad or an Experienced Benefits Specialist!!!! We are looking for you!!!! Stable healthcare provider is expanding their benefits team.
Seeking dedicated, high energy, positive and hard working individuals! Candidates responsibilities will include but are not limited to assisting customers with concerns regarding their 401k contributions, pensions and or health/welfare issues.
This is not a financial planning position! Series 7 license is preferred, but will be willing to assist in obtaining license.
Will provide a 4 week training class and 1 week side-by-side training.
Qualified candidates must be a team player, have a positive attitude and have a minimum of 2-3 years customer service call center experience in the Health care industry.
2-3 years experience in benefits administration, ie, Health & Welfare, defined benefits and defined contributions.
Excellent communication and critical thinking skills are a must.
Strong computer skills.
The ability to operate in a fast paced, dynamic and sometimes stressful environment.
Position is Temp to Hire, however will evaluate performance.
