Private Client Services (PCS), a line of business within JP Morgan Wealth Management, offers clients a broad suite of transactional, wealth management and investment advisory services.

The Business Management team within PCS is responsible for developing and implementing solutions that strengthen business operations, enhance client and advisor experience, and expand product offerings.
This person will take a lead role in enhancing the client and advisor experience by driving inititiatives such as enhancing our online capabilities, overseeing the integration with chase.

Reporting Structure · This position will report to the head of Business Management for PCS Responsibilities · Manage projects of various sizes throughout project lifecycle including the development and execution of user acceptance test plans and test scripts · Communicate throughout the project lifecycle to ensure sponsors, key stakeholders, and senior management are aware of milestones, issues and project status · Create project plans including key deliverables, timelines, and responsible parties · Draft business requirements based on input from the salesforce and business sponsors · Work closely with the Corporate Internet Group (CIG) to integrate Client Toolkit (CTK) into chase.
com, as well as identify product feature opportunities · Track and prioritize enhancement requests · Fulfill ad hoc data requests · Measure the cost savings, time reduction, usability, or usage associated with new development or product or process enhancements · 5+ years working in the Brokerage business or in Wealth Management · Internet background and experience, high technology aptitude · Proven ability as a self-starter, detail-oriented, well organized, strong decision-making skills and able to multi-task effectively · Ability to quickly analyze information and creatively reach solutions and execute their implementation · Team-oriented and able to interact effectively with various functions including technology, project management, product development, investment professionals, marketing, operations · Proven project manager: demonstrated ability to execute on time and on budget · Knowledge of testing procedures · Knowledge of Corporate Internet Group (CIG) organization and procedures helpful · Knowledge of Omni, the Operational Data Store (ODS), and Mercury Quality Center helpful · Strong verbal and written communication skills · Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Word JPMorgan Chase offers an exceptional benefits program and a highly competitive compensation package.
