Bakery Quality Auditor Job in San Antonio 78256, Texas US
· Periodically verify Product Weights and the Metal Detector Challenge · Notifies Quality Management of observed needs on the production floor relating to quality or food safety.
· Supports compliance with internal and external policies, procedures, guidelines and governance under the Bakery quality Manual and/ or HACCP programs.
· Perform Monthly Glass/ Hard Plastic Check.
· Perform weekly plant audits with Sanitation Lead & production Lead.
Summarizes discrepancies and follows up to ensure all discrepancies from the audit have been properly dealt with.
· Write Maintenance requests· Receive and compare COAs to ingredient specs.
· Shrink Reduction Work with production partners to ensure disposed product is deemed undesirable by Management· Any and all other duties deemed necessary by management Requirements· Computer literate in excel and word.
· Able to utilize Microsoft Outlook to access and send mail· Ability to pick up quickly on new computer programs as needed.
· Good communication skills with all levels .
· Ability to write and speak well.
· Must have at least 1 year of quality experience.
