BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT/FOOD SALES -TO $55K YEARLY Job in Fresno 93711, California US
Job Description: Expanding Produce/Food Processing company is seeking a Day Shift Production/Shipping Supervisor to work between the hours of 6:30 am and 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday.
Must be bilingual Spanish and English.
Seeking a candidate with solid leadership ability.
Within this busy position you will be responsible for supervising a staff of up to 30, pulling orders, ensuring speed, accuracy and ensuring quality standards being met, resolving shortages by purchasing product to fill orders, on occasion purchasing commodities as needed, conducting systematic transactions in visual produce as well as ensuring warehouse is in top operating order and in compliance with all standards.
You will also monitor equipment within the facility such as forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks, walls, doors, cooler fans etc., to ensure all are in working order.

Must have food sales experience.
Must have a degree in a related field.
