Audiologist Job in Mindelein 60060, Illinois US
Audiologist Part TimeWe are currently seeking an experienced Audiologist for a part-time position as a Technical Service Specialist supporting our diagnostic and hearing screening devices with our dealer network and end-users.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following: Develop & maintain knowledge of system pricing and system configuration.
Assist with product training.
Facilitate organization of annual National Dealers Meeting and/or Regional Meetings.
Communicates to the Dealer Network any information regarding product updates.
Communicate needs of Distributors and customers effectively to Director of Hearing Diagnostics, Technical Service, Product Management, Manufacturing, and other Natus resources.
Provide Audiology product support and Technical support to domestic customers and US Dealers.
Provide after hours support as scheduled.
Maintain database, documenting all interactions with customers according to FDA regulations.
Create and maintain information in approved databases as defined by department procedures· Maintain loaner dealer equipment and assure that units are returned in a timely manner.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS Education and/or Experience: Must be an Audiologist with appropriate educational requirements relevant to the time degree was obtained (ie either Masters or AuD) with minimum of 2 years clinical experience.
Experience with electronic medical equipment including Natus/Bio-logic products preferred.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Strong communication skills, knowledge of computer software and hardware helpful, Ability to to guide/troubleshoot with people over the phone.
Knowledge of Bio-logic &/or Natus equipment helpful.
