Associate Director - Registered Investment Advisor Sales Job in Boston 02108, Massachusetts US
The Associate Director-RIA Sales is responsible for internal sales and support of mutual fund products and separately managed accounts that are sold through the Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) channel Establish and maintain relationships with individual RIA executives while providing sales support and service to a Managing Director-RIA Sales (MD) in the field.
Support MD with information about territory sales and RIA requests.
To work with MD as a partner to build sales in their region.
Provide superior service and contact RIA executives with updates pertaining to the mutual funds and smas they sell, prospect for new business, cross sell existing RIAs on different products and assist RIAs with asset allocation.
Help RIA executives increase their business by updating them on current marketing materials and investment information.
Share successful sales-ideas.
Qualifications: College Degree Preferred (BA/BS)3-5 years of industry experience2+ years working in a sales capacityRequired or preferred licenses: Series 6, 7, 63 & 65 licenses Communication skills (i.
e., Strong verbal and written skills, ability to present to complex products.
)Positive AttitudeCharacteristics of the RIA marketplaceProspecting SkillsPresentation SkillsMutual Fund and SMA Product KnowledgeTime and territory management.
