Principal Accountabilities: This position is responsible for maximizing sales by ensuring an efficient replenishment flow to the consumer through daily business decisions around product flow.

They accomplish this by managing customer purchases and cross functional collaboration within Merchandising, Supply Chain, Sales and the Customer.

This position will function on a team which represents customer service for the club business to all the other functional areas of the company including sales, demand planning, and operations.

This team member will also manage trouble shooting efforts for a group of accounts that driving approximately $106M in annual volume.

This associated club planner would manage the results to the budget / scorecard that has been established by across functional group and approved by the customer.

They will lead - participate in daily, weekly supply planning meetings with a cross functional team to ensure the established KPIs - that are set by the customers are being met. These KPIs are set by the customers and are not limited to fill rate, warehouse and to the clubs, inventory dollars, markdown dollars, and forecast accuracy.

These cross functional members would be interacting with: Supply planning, marketing, deployment, manufacturing, sales, DC operations, and transportation.

Make business decisions around managing the annual inventory budget (2008 budget was 110,000lbs) for the Club class of trade.

Utilize customer's proprietary systems to manage orders based on optimum inventory levels and efficient order constraints to provide on-going value to both the customer and Dannon.

Display strong sense of urgency to obtain needed results.Run and analyze reports to support forecasting for inventory management.

Work with internal supply chain to improve forecast budget - accuracy for the club accounts.

Maintain complete and accurate records of all transactions and projections based on past product movement.

Work with customer and sales to make business decision to drive improvement in key performance metrics such as order fill rate, on-time delivery, inventory turns, service levels at shelf, unsaleables and inventory levels vs. budget.

Track and report these KPIs budgets metrics on a regular basis.

Develop implement better process to support the business decision that had been agreed to.Represent Dannon as our expert during on-going training, workshops or other industry functions.

Attend customer visits as needed.

Work with customer, sales, logistics manager, and supply chain to identify improvement opportunities to better serve this customer.

Recommend and implement improvement initiatives which can be shared with Global Danone organization, Best in ClassProvide backup coverage for other team members.

This functions daily responsibilities are direct contributors or drivers in meeting annual Sales, Gross Margin, Markdown and inventory dollars.

These budgets-objectives are set by the customer.

Education 4 Years Sup Studies -- Bachelor of Business Adm (BBA) preferred Work Experience 2 Years Other Experience: Experience with SAP, Retail Link, DCS 2000 and InformExcellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as solid interpersonal skillsInventory management and customer service experience - 2 years.
