We currently have an opening on our team for an Associate Brand Manager Retail, Grocery & Alternative.
RIGHT SHOPPER ' RIGHT BRAND ' RIGHT TOOLBeing a member of the Retail Marketing Channel Strategy Team, you will provide insights-based channel marketing direction to the entire system.
You understand the brands' consumers as shoppers in order to create strategies and tools that both build brand equity and grow volume.
Your solutions will convert purchases at retail in a manner that also satisfies retail customer needs.The Associate Brand Manager will support the OPEC (Off-Premise except C-Store) Channel Strategy Brand Manager in researching and analyzing available data to create channel marketing strategic direction, actionable shopper insights, and channel programs for the MillerCoors portfolio of brands.You will have responsibility in strategy, analysis, planning/design, and partnership management.
An appropriate Bachelor's degree is necessary to successfully perform in this role; MBA preferred.
3+ years relevant class of trade selling, trade marketing or brand management experienceExperience developing and/or working with brand marketing principles and practices and/or consumer promotion Strong Project management experience with an ability to manage multiple projects at one time with varying levels of complexity and constituencies.
Demonstrated understanding of standard marketing techniques and consumer, shopper and channel(s) Solid understanding of analytical drilldown process along with Nielsen (Nitro, Homescan, Spectra)Ability to deal with ambiguity and complexity, oftentimes within tight deadlines and with no budget.
