Assistant Site Manager Job in Minneapolis, Minnesota US
We are a rapidly growing 3PL company providing warehousing, transportation, and delivery of product for our customers.
We are seeking an Assistant Site Manager for our Minneapolis, Minnesota Facility.We are looking for an experienced, hard working, hands-on leader that can manage multiple activities and exceed customer expectations.
This person must a team player.Job Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Completing paperwork with a high level of accuracy in a timely manner Supervising the efficient loading of route trucks Supervising general labor personnel through effective communication Maintaining all safety standards Ensure all trucks are dispatched on time Job Requirements, minimum of: 2 years supervisory experience 2 years experience with warehousing, transportation, and delivery service 2 years retail/customer service experience Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to communicate on all levels within the company Dynamic leadership skills Strong analytical and logic skills Expertise with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and OutlookBenefits: 2 weeks paid vacation time per year Medical, dental, vision, short-term disability, and term life insurance plans available 401K Retirement plan We maintain a drug-free workplace and we will condition an offer of employment on the satisfactory completion of a drug screen and background check.
