Assistant Sales Trustee Officer Job in El Cajon, California US
An Assistant Sales Trustee Officer is needed immediately for a temp-to-hire opportunity in El Cajon! Functions Include: Assist in overseeing foreclosure workflow transactionsMaintain customer relations and assist with problem files within the unitEnsure that the unit runs efficiently and productively by steadily meeting all foreclosure timelines, company's policies, and proceduresBe responsible for indentifying solutions to challenges in a constructive and considerate mannerBe committed to increasing client satisfactionCoordinate and process closing for foreclosed homes by adhering to state statutes and timelinesObtain bidding instructions, order date-downs, and order BPOsCommunicate and provide bidding instructions to vendorsPrepare closing documents for reinstatements, pay-offs, and trustee's sales along with monitoring Title problems, BK Releases, and Third-Party Foreclosure SalesAnswer telephones, assist customers / clients and working third party systems such as: Vendorscape, Process Management, Clarifire, Lenstar and Freddie Mac DCSThe selected candidate must be able to type a minimum of 50 WPM and be proficient in MS Excel.
Candidates must have a minimum 6 months of experience in foreclosure, bankruptcy, or loan processing.
