Assistant Program Manager, Developmental Disabilities Job in Woburn 01801, Massachusetts US
Full-time (56 hours) schedule allowing the flexibility to be off Saturday night through Wednesday morning each week.

Make a difference working with individuals with developmental disabilities while developing supervisory and management experience.
Successful candidates will help clients to maintain their physical and emotional health, develop independent living skills, and live successfully in the community.
In collaboration with the Program Manager, the Assistant Program Manager will provide daily management of residence and supervision of staff, communicate with families and funding sources, and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
In the Program Managers absence, the Assistant Program Manager will assume responsibility for day to day operations of the program.

95. Schedule: Weds 1PM 9AM Thurs, Thurs 1PM 9AM, Fri 1PM 9PM, Sat 9AM 5PM Qualifications Bachelors Degree required.
Previous supervisory experience and experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities strongly preferred.
Valid drivers license required.
